Crowne Plaza Istanbul Harbiye, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is remodeling so it was noisy and only one restaurant was open on the mail floor near lobby. The room was clean but the furniture is stained and with blemishes. I was not happy with the street the hotel was on because there were no restaurants near by on foot. We were in Istanbul for medical procedure so we didn’t want to go out to eat and one of the reason we chose this hotel was because it has restaurants but It was not the case. We were disappointed that there were no notice about it.

Huge room with most comfortable bed I ever had. Personal was friendly and helpful for any need. Very clean and great breakfast. Location is perfect to explore Istanbul City center. Price was really fair for the comfort and service you receive at the hotel.

Very professional people in the reception during check in and out. Big size room and bathroom.Its clear that the people want to do their best while the are handling a hotel that needs renovation in many details

Moreover, Hasan's impeccable knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services was truly impressive. The hotel itself was stunning, with luxurious amenities, beautifully designed rooms, and a serene ambiance that allowed me to relax and unwind. Location, price and in house dining was good, coffee shop in hotel was a great edition, Guest relationship Manager Yaffa is great help as she sorted and listened a lot points positively and she was helpful in explaining the nearby attractions also
