Crowne Plaza Istanbul Harbiye, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is in a great location for getting around the city of Istanbul. It’s a short uphill walk to the nearest metro station Osmanbey, and the local area of Nisantasi where the hotel is situated is really good for places to eat and shopping. Taksim square is one stop away on the Metro. The hotel facilities are good, with its own restaurant and one next door which is open till 2am.

The rooms were good, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were very kind, especially FAFA and ENES The location was decent; however, we had to walk and climb a steep ramp to reach the metro station.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped foot in the lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. However, what truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the Front Desk Manager, Hasan. Upon arrival, Hasan greeted me with a warm and genuine smile, making me feel instantly welcome. He was not only professional but also genuinely caring, taking the time to ask about my preferences and ensuring that my check-in process was smooth and effortless. Throughout my stay, Hasan consistently went above and beyond to cater to my every need. Whether it was providing insightful recommendations for local attractions or promptly handling a minor request, he never failed to exceed my expectations. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring my comfort truly made me feel like a valued guest. Moreover, Hasan's impeccable knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services was truly impressive. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, he was always readily available and eager to assist. His passion for his role and commitment to guest satisfaction shone through in every interaction. The hotel itself was stunning, with luxurious amenities, beautifully designed rooms, and a serene ambiance that allowed me to relax and unwind. The housekeeping team also deserves praise for maintaining the utmost cleanliness and comfort throughout my stay. The central location of the hotel was another advantage, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions and enjoy the vibrant local culture. Overall, my stay at this hotel was beyond delightful, and it was largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Hasan and his team. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and pampering experience. I will definitely be returning and look forward to being greeted by Hasan's warm smile once again. My stay was great and Mr Onder was very helpful he made our check in very professional and satisfactory. Hotel close to shops in Nisantashi and 25 min walking to Taksim and hotel provide free shuttle bus every hour to Taksim.

Önder Bey, Simge Hanım and guest relations Umut Bey, Yelda Hanım; Kiraz Hanım who works at the bar, Betül Hanım in the restaurant. They are so sweet and cheerful that it is impossible not to love them. The size and comfort of my room was very good.
